You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use Kabloie. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You may need to create an account to access some features of Kabloie. You're responsible for all activity under your account, so please keep your login info safe. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.

You can upload, share, and interact with audio content on Kabloie ("User Content"). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not violate any laws or the rights of others.

Kabloie has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is offensive, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, illegal, or otherwise harmful.

• —We provide tools to allow users to report and block objectionable content or abusive users.
• —Once a report is received, we will review and take appropriate action within 24 hours, which may include removing the content and suspending or ejecting the offending user.
• —We reserve the right to immediately remove any content or accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards.

You agree not to:

• —Upload objectionable, abusive, hateful, threatening, or infringing content.
• —Harass, abuse, or exploit other users.
• —Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.

Violation of these rules may result in the removal of your content and/or the suspension or termination of your account.

All content and materials created by Kabloie (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use our brand, logos, or content without permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By using Kabloie, you agree to our data practices.

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We're constantly evolving Kabloie to improve your experience.

You may stop using Kabloie at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, harm the community, or create legal risks for us.

Kabloie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the Service.
